These are Grishko 4.5 XXXXX extra hard shank pointe shoes that have been colored black.

This is the equivalent of a woman's street shoe size 6 to 6 and 1/2. I wear a size 7 normally and could fit my foot in it but not wear these with toe pads or go on point in them.
