We're Hiring a Jr. Sales Associate!

As our business continues to grow, we're seeking a talented individual to help us keep up with the demand from our current and new customers.

Although no previous sales experience is necessary, it would be advantageous. As our new Jr. Sales Associate, we will invest in your success through comprehensive in-house training and mentorship.

We'll provide you with the knowledge to address new and existing customer needs, build strong relationships, offer product knowledge, and close deals!

This sales position offers a competitive salary with an uncapped earning potential, and we're dedicated to helping YOU succeed and grow in this industry.

Salary + Incentives Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Base + commission

Jr. Sales Associate Requirements

• Strong interest in a sales career - Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license
• Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency
• U.S. work authorization (required)

Jr. Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
• Maintain knowledge of new products
• Create client relationships with follow-up phone calls
• Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection
