<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE<br><br></strong>We are looking for COS-Sales Team Director who will work with company managers to implement sales and marketing strategies.<br><br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><ul><li>Team Oversight – Work with Chief of Sales to grow, manage and build your team. Run weekly autonomous team meetings (see required meeting schedule). Oversight of team ensuring day to day operations and closings. You are the direct “closer” for your POD along with the company Advisors who set up the consult.</li><li>Your main objective every day will be to direct the sales team staff and the Sales Team Director to expansion and growth. Rate of multiplication will be important to pay attention too. Hiring Advisors for you will be a first step to success – Duplicating yourself, also appointing new positions within the sales team as needed.</li><li>You will be responsible for posting and<br>managing these listings. Once you post a listing you will go respond to the candidates sending them our Frequently Asked Questions Sheet and your Calendly link asking them to set an interview up with you if they are still interested in a position.</li><li>Interview Process and Pre-Screening – Once you post a listing you will go respond to the candidates sending them our Frequently Asked Questions Sheet and your Calendly link asking them to set an interview up with you if they are still interested in a position.</li><li>Work with company managers to implement sales and marketing strategies. Implement social media campaigns with<br>company advisors. Work with Social Media Manager to implement online strategies. Hire and manage sales team leaders and advisors. Train sales team manager to hire and grow teams. Your first objective beyond hiring advisors to manage immediately to start outreach is to hire and put in place a Sales Team Director to support you and manage the team.
