What do we require?

Education:Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience:Required: At least 4+ years in progressive experience in human resources managing employee issues, exposure to benefits, compensation, leaves, worker’s compensation, HRIS, and payroll.

Candidate Experience:

• Variety of Human Resources disciplines such as employee relations, benefits, payroll and compensation.
• Assistance in internal and external HR-related matters, participation in development of organizational guidelines and procedures, coordination of employee development plans and performance management, utilization of HRIS for process improvement, assistance in budget monitoring and payroll and keeping up with the latest human resources trends and best practices
