Lead / Driver for Local Mover (non CDL or CDL)

We are currently looking for Non-CDL and CDL B truck driver with moving experience for local moves in Florida. We are looking to hire highly motivated and professional furniture movers and 26 foot box truck drivers.

Responsibilities

• Working with the team to provide excellent care for customers' belongings

• Wrapping and protecting furniture

• packing and boxing household items

• Assembly/disassembly of furniture

• Loading and unloading moving trucks

• Driving 26 foot moving trucks (Automatic)

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and inform for preventative maintenance

• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts

• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures

Driver Skills

• Proven work experience as a truck driver and moving labor
