Responsibilities

Advising clients in making informed property purchase decisions

Contacting clients by giving presentations, and sending promotional offers

Analyzing latest property market trends

Communicating with potential clients to understand their property requirements and financial standing

Negotiating with Real Estate Agents and Brokers on behalf of clients

Presenting profitable property proposals to clients

Assisting clients in preparing legal documents

Overview site tours on the location

Follow-up

Salary Range:4500 to 8000 EGP basic plus commission

Qualifications

Bachelor degree

Experience 1 : 3 years in real estate.
